Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Structural Revit Technician to join our well-established, award-winning civil and structural consultancy located in South West London. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a thriving practice primarily serving the high-end residential market while also working on commercial and public sector projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support building design projects as a structural technician using Revit and AutoCAD software.
- Contribute to a variety of projects including new build and refurbishment schemes, bespoke residential buildings with basements and multi-storey structures.
- Assist with commercial assignments such as schools, data centres, public sector ventures, vertical extensions, and recladding works.
- Engage in projects typically ranging in value from .15 million to .10 million, including some temporary works design solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- At least several years of experience in structural technician roles within building design contexts.
- Proficient in using Revit and AutoCAD for structural drafting and documentation.
- Experience in reinforced concrete detailing is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK is essential.
