These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Broxer (the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform.
• You agree to provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent or illegal content, including fake jobs, scams or requests for payment from candidates.
• Harass, abuse, defame or discriminate against others.
• Spam, send unsolicited promotions, or misuse messaging.
• Scrape, harvest or copy data, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual-property or privacy rights.

3. Job seekers

The Platform helps you discover and apply to jobs and build a profile/resume. We do not guarantee employment, interviews or responses from employers, and we are not a party to any employment relationship. Verify opportunities independently and never pay anyone for a job.

4. Employers & recruiters

• You must post only genuine, lawful roles and comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.
• You are responsible for your job postings, communications and the handling of candidate data you receive, and must use it only for legitimate hiring.
• Video interviews must be used fairly; AI-assisted scoring is decision-support only and you remain responsible for hiring decisions.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, resumes, posts, articles, messages, etc.). You grant Broxer a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and distribute that content as needed to operate the Platform. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to share it.

6. Payments, plans & credits

• Some features are paid (e.g. subscriptions, packs and credits such as video-interview and AI-evaluation credits). Prices and inclusions are shown at purchase.
• Payments are processed by third-party gateways; applicable taxes may apply.
• Credits and one-time packs are consumed as you use the relevant features and, unless stated or required by law, are non-refundable. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled.
• We may change pricing and plan features; changes apply to future purchases/renewals.

7. Video interviews

Candidates consent before recording. Recordings are shared with the inviting employer, may be transcribed and scored with AI assistance, and are deleted after their retention period. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, design, logos and content (excluding user content), is owned by Broxer or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, modify or create derivative works except as permitted.

9. Third-party services

The Platform may link to or integrate third-party services (payment, analytics, AI, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; their terms and privacy policies apply.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any particular hiring or job outcome.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broxer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Broxer harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Platform, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law, or to protect the Platform and its users. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered location shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
