Associate Quantity Surveyor

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Quantity Surveying services throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
• Oversee financial and contractual elements associated with various construction projects.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and collaboration.
• Guide and support junior Quantity Surveyors to nurture their professional growth.
• Play a significant role in enhancing and expanding the local Quantity Surveying team.
• Contribute actively to the growth and success of the Oxford office’s operations.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a construction consultancy environment.
• Solid expertise in both pre-contract and post-contract Quantity Surveying activities.
• Strong commercial insight combined with excellent communication skills.
• Competence in managing projects while promoting the development of others.
• Hold or be working towards MRICS accreditation is desirable but not mandatory.
