Position Overview
We invite experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a distinguished construction consultancy based in Oxford, with an excellent track record in project delivery and a strong emphasis on employee development. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Quantity Surveying services throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
- Oversee financial and contractual elements associated with various construction projects.
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and collaboration.
- Guide and support junior Quantity Surveyors to nurture their professional growth.
- Play a significant role in enhancing and expanding the local Quantity Surveying team.
- Contribute actively to the growth and success of the Oxford office’s operations.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a construction consultancy environment.
- Solid expertise in both pre-contract and post-contract Quantity Surveying activities.
- Strong commercial insight combined with excellent communication skills.
- Competence in managing projects while promoting the development of others.
- Hold or be working towards MRICS accreditation is desirable but not mandatory.
