Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain digital banking products and platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to uphold high standards in code quality, testing, and security.
• Write code for multiple services, produce design documents, conduct code reviews, and streamline complex systems and workflows.
• Investigate and adopt new technologies and vendor capabilities to keep the team innovative and effective.

What You Bring

• Proven success managing complex engineering projects and creating high-quality products within Agile frameworks.
• Strong technical proficiency in building reliable, high-performance, cloud-native applications, particularly using Java Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience developing resilient, efficient, and decoupled software solutions with a focus on maintainable code.
• Expertise in leading system design decisions, conducting proofs-of-concept, and developing critical high-performance code.
• In-depth understanding of containerization, CI/CD pipelines, SOA, microservices architectures, and open-source tools and libraries.
• Commitment to comprehensive testing strategies following the full test pyramid approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all organizational levels.
• A motivated, results-oriented mindset with a passion for sharing success with others.
