Role Overview

We seek a proficient mid-level software engineer passionate about technology and problem-solving, especially with Java and AWS. This full-stack role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust solutions across React front-end, Java backend, and AWS infrastructure. Collaboration, agile practices, and continuous improvement are vital components of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop reusable, high-performance, and reliable codebases.
• Ensure superior performance, reliability, and quality of Energetiq's platforms.
• Engage in full-stack development including front-end (React), backend (Java), and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Foster a strong software engineering culture within Energetiq and Kraken.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers through paired programming and code/design reviews.
• Participate actively in agile rituals such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate proactively with engineering teams seeking and incorporating feedback.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience and strong expertise in Java and Spring framework.
• Practical knowledge of AWS cloud services, including serverless technologies like AWS Lambda, SNS/SQS, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative agile environments.
• Strong analytical capabilities with multitasking proficiency.
