The Private Bank team assists clients with complex financial requirements by offering tailored, long-term wealth and investment solutions. Collaborating closely with experienced bankers and specialists, this team is pivotal in helping clients safeguard, grow, and manage their wealth confidently. This Senior Paraplanner role is available for candidates located in Brisbane or Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, personalized financial advice documentation for clients with complex needs.
- Collaborate closely with Private Bankers and specialists to craft tailored advice solutions.
- Execute detailed financial modelling to support the advice process.
- Ensure all advice complies fully with regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and team collaboration methods to enhance service delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses over five years of robust paraplanning experience, particularly in supporting sophisticated advice for high-net-worth individuals.
- Highly proficient in XPLAN, with practical experience using Salesforce and handling comprehensive financial data and modelling tasks.
- Deep understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and pertinent Australian regulatory frameworks, with applied expertise.
- Meticulous attention to detail proven by a record of producing accurate, compliant, and well-organized advice documents.
- Strong communicator able to engage stakeholders effectively and collaborate with senior professionals, contributing positively to team success.
