About the internship
Internship Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience in key human resources tasks within a dynamic, tech-driven streetwear startup. You will engage in various recruitment activities and support onboarding, contributing directly to the HR function’s success.
Primary Duties
- Screening and shortlisting applicant resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Organizing and scheduling interviews with prospective hires
- Maintaining and regularly updating recruitment tracking systems
- Assisting with onboarding procedures for newly recruited employees
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must be available for remote work starting between August 21, 2026, and September 25, 2026. The internship duration is two months. Those with an interest or background in human resources or recruitment, particularly women resuming or starting their careers, are encouraged to apply.
Stipend Details
The monthly stipend ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹30,000, which includes a fixed base pay between ₹10,000 and ₹20,000 and a performance-based incentive of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000.
