Key Responsibilities
- Devise and implement creative strategies to boost employee engagement.
- Create and manage feedback surveys using Google Forms to capture employee opinions.
- Analyze engagement data using MS Excel to uncover patterns and actionable insights.
- Design engaging presentations and graphics utilizing Canva to present findings effectively.
- Leverage generative AI tools to improve and automate engagement-related workflows.
- Work closely with various teams to ensure the smooth delivery of engagement programs.
- Support the planning and execution of events and activities that promote community and collaboration among staff.
Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in Google Forms, MS Excel, Canva, and generative AI tools is essential.

Additional Details
This internship requires full-time dedication at our Pune or Mumbai office locations for a three-month period.
