Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, reviewing candidates' resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage and update employee records ensuring precision in the HR database.
- Provide support in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Help coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Support performance appraisal procedures by collecting and delivering feedback.
- Engage in HR projects aimed at enhancing organizational processes and policies.
- Work collaboratively with HR colleagues to understand various operational aspects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, onsite internship starting between August 22 and September 26, 2026.
