Join Talent Corner HR Services as an HR Generalist intern to engage hands-on with diverse HR functions, integrating advanced technologies to enhance human resource practices. This role is designed to build your expertise in recruitment, onboarding, HRIS management, and employee engagement within a professional HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities including resume screening and coordinating interview schedules.
• Support the onboarding process and facilitate orientation sessions for new employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to established HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for effective data administration and analysis.
• Apply HR analytics to detect workforce trends and provide insightful, data-supported recommendations.
• Work alongside the HR team to organize employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
• Investigate and apply generative AI tools to improve talent management processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship position starting between August 22, 2026, and September 26, 2026.
• Commitment to a three-month internship duration.
• Possession of relevant skills and a genuine interest in human resources.
