Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment cycle by evaluating resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process to smoothly integrate new employees into the organization.
- Foster employee morale and contribute positively towards workplace atmosphere.
- Prepare and analyze HR-related data reports for management review using MS-Excel.
- Improve internal communication to enhance the information flow within the team.
- Work collaboratively with multiple departments to organize HR programs and events.
