The Gas Power division designs efficient natural gas-powered technologies and decarbonization solutions. FieldCore, part of this division's Field Services team, installs, maintains, and upgrades power generation equipment to enable reliable and affordable energy delivery.

Job Summary

The Tooling Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance, tracking, documentation, inspection, and shipping coordination of tooling within the warehouse. The role includes updating company databases to reflect accurate materials and tooling statuses. Additional responsibilities may be assigned to support FieldCore’s mission and core values.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor open tooling and calibration work orders requiring processing.
• Track shipments sent to customers and Field Service Representatives for part repairs and tools sent back for calibration.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring kits contain the correct quantity and appropriate tools.
• Update tool calibration records accurately, including those tools needing calibration.
• Add new purchased tools into the company database promptly.
• Prepare and package all necessary supplies required for site outages.
• Verify that each kit shipment includes a kit template and calibration certificate.
• Replenish stock by issuing purchase orders to vendors as supplies diminish, maintaining tool and supply inventory levels.
• Manage warranty records for parts, coordinating replacements of worn components within warranty periods with manufacturers or vendors.
• Coordinate parts shipping in collaboration with Service Managers to ensure timely delivery of kits and oversee repair kit shipments from field sites.
• Conduct visual inspections of specialized kits returning from sites to confirm completeness and replace missing or damaged parts.
• Update and adhere to Field Service Tooling procedures to guarantee compliance.
• Submit billing reports as required.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety to meet Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
• Ensure kits meet or exceed customer delivery date expectations as specified by service managers or supervisors.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records for processed kits.
• Create and manage purchase orders for replacement kit parts.
• Stock tools and kit components to satisfy specific site requirements per specification sheets.
• Ensure kits are delivered punctually and free from quality issues such as missing or malfunctioning parts.
• Accept other tasks as assigned and be prepared for travel when required.
• Be willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as necessary to meet field assignments.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum two years in a sourcing-related role; alternatively, a High School Diploma with at least five years in logistics planning and execution.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals effectively.
