Role Overview

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing prompt, precise, and efficient food and beverage service to guests, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are upheld and guests’ expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile upon arrival.
• Recommend and professionally promote food and beverage items to enhance guest experience.
• Deliver swift, accurate, and efficient service to guests and colleagues.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to reasonable guest requests and inquiries.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings to answer guest questions with confidence.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and communicate them promptly to kitchen and bar teams.

Required Qualifications

• Completed High School education.
• Previous experience in service roles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to solve problems effectively.
• Possession of a Basic Food Safety Certificate.
• Arabic language skills are an added plus.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
