Role Overview

The Waiter/Waitress role entails delivering quick, precise, and effective food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with a smile upon arrival.
• Professionally recommend and upsell food and beverage items.
• Provide quick, efficient, and accurate service to both guests and colleagues.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to guests' reasonable requests and inquiries.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings to effectively answer guest questions.
• Take orders for food and drinks, ensuring timely and accurate communication with the kitchen and bar.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma is required.
• Previous experience in service is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to resolve problems efficiently.
• Possession of a Basic Food Safety Certificate.
• Arabic speaking skills are considered an asset.
• Capability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
