Role Overview

The Store Manager at Spencer's is charged with delivering outstanding guest services while managing overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability. This involves meticulous control over expenses, shrinkage, human resources, merchandising, and inventory, all aligned with company policies.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from 22 to 22.25 CAD, determined by the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and uphold the brand standards.
• Manage all facets of store operations to generate maximum sales and profit.
• Control operating expenses and minimize shrinkage.
• Oversee human resources functions within the store.
• Ensure merchandising and inventory management comply with company guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior retail management experience is mandatory.
• Capable of standing, walking, climbing ladders for over 8 hours, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
