Role Overview

The Senior Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in supporting the Store Manager with all aspects of store operations, aiming to maximize sales and profitability through staff development, expense management, shrink control, merchandising, and inventory management. The position is dedicated to fostering excellent Guest Services within the store environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $21.60 to $21.85, influenced by the individual's qualifications and experience. Work Schedule and Physical Requirements
