Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this role ranges between 21.60 and 21.85 Canadian dollars, dependent on the candidate's qualifications and experience. Role Overview

The Assistant Store Manager plays a key role in ensuring outstanding guest services and supporting the Store Manager with various operational duties. This position aims to maximize sales and profitability by developing the team, managing expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing all merchandising and inventory management activities, all while adhering strictly to company policies and procedures.

Working Conditions

The role entails working up to 38 hours weekly. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. Physical responsibilities include standing for more than eight hours, walking, climbing ladders, and occasionally lifting items up to 50 pounds.
