Job Overview
The Senior Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading the overall store operations to achieve maximum sales and profitability. This role focuses on maintaining excellent guest services, managing staff development, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory within company guidelines.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly wage for this role ranges from $19.00 to $19.25 depending on qualifications and experience. Work Schedule and Physical Requirements
The position involves working up to 38 hours weekly. Candidates must be at least 18 years old. The job demands over eight hours of physical activity including standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
