Store Manager - Spencer's

Position Overview

The Store Manager at Spencer's is responsible for creating and upholding excellent Guest Services while managing the entire store operation. This role strives to maximize sales and profitability by overseeing expense control, shrink management, human resources, merchandising, and inventory control, all in strict compliance with the company's policies and standards.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges between 18.98 and 19.23 USD, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Job Requirements
