Role Overview
The Store Manager at Spencer's holds primary responsibility for delivering exceptional guest services while managing all store operations with the goal of maximizing sales and profits. Key duties include managing expenses, minimizing shrinkage, overseeing human resources functions, and directing merchandising and inventory control in alignment with corporate policies.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers an hourly wage between $23.00 and $23.25, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Requirements and Conditions
Applicants must be at least 21 years old. Physical demands of the role involve more than eight hours of standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds. Previous retail management experience is mandatory.
