Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Captain to join our team at Zaitoon Fine Dine, located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role is essential in ensuring smooth dining operations, excellent guest interactions, and effective team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-shift meetings and assign tables to wait staff.
- Deliver warm welcomes to guests, provide detailed explanations of menu offerings, and accommodate special dining requests.
- Manage order entry through the POS system, verify food presentation before service, and oversee bill processing.
- Promptly and professionally resolve any customer complaints or issues that arise during service.
Compensation
This position offers a monthly salary range from 18,000 to 20,000 INR.
