Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cafeteria Cook to join our team at Zaitoon Fine Dine in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing large quantities of meals including breakfast, lunch, and snacks, in accordance with approved recipes and menus.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare bulk meals such as breakfast, lunch, and snacks by following standard recipes and approved menus.
- Ensure all food preparation areas, cooking utensils, and storage spaces are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Inspect raw materials for freshness and manage ingredient inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Perform tasks such as cutting, slicing, and washing vegetables and meats ahead of cooking processes.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure safe and proper storage of ingredients to uphold quality.
- Adhere strictly to local health, safety, and hygiene regulations including FSSAI guidelines at all times.
Additional Details
The monthly remuneration ranges between INR 20,000 to INR 25,000.
