Guest Service Associate

Overview

Join Zaitoon Fine Dine as a Guest Service Associate based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This position involves delivering excellent customer experience by welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, answering queries about the menu, and ensuring smooth order processing and payment transactions.

Primary Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating or reservations.
• Provide detailed information regarding menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to guests.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders, noting any special dietary restrictions or allergies and communicating these to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Handle billing by generating correct invoices, operate the Point of Sale (POS) or cash register, and securely process payments.
• Maintain a clean and orderly dining area by clearing and resetting tables, cleaning spills, and replenishing station supplies.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen chefs and service staff to coordinate table service and resolve any delays.

Compensation

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from 16,000 to 18,000 INR.
