Job Overview
As a Guest Relations Executive based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will be the warm first point of contact for visitors at Zaitoon Fine Dine. Your role focuses on delivering exemplary hospitality by greeting guests, managing registrations, and guiding them through the facilities to ensure a welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome arriving guests and oversee their registration procedures.
- Provide comprehensive tours and explanations of the property and its amenities.
- Monitor arrival lists and arrange personalized care and services for VIP guests throughout their visit.
- Respond to guest inquiries by offering helpful information about property features, local points of interest, and available services, while promoting onsite facilities.
- Handle customer complaints attentively and either resolve or escalate issues swiftly to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Keep detailed daily logs, record guest preferences, and document feedback systematically.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 18000 to 20000 INR.
