Overview
We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain high-performance data pipelines leveraging Python and Snowflake. This role involves collaborating with diverse teams to understand business needs and crafting effective technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create scalable and robust data pipelines using Python and Snowflake technologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Build and implement automated testing frameworks to assure code quality within CI/CD workflows.
- Diagnose and resolve complex problems related to data processing, ETL operations, and database querying.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 8 years of professional experience in software development using Python, including advanced expertise in PySpark.
- Solid experience with shell scripting to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins or equivalent platforms.
- Proficient in using Snowflake SQL database management system for data handling and manipulation.
