Project Overview
A well-established property development company operating throughout Ireland and Europe is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee a new apartment construction project valued around 30 10 million in Limerick. The company focuses mainly on residential and mixed-use projects and is recognized for maintaining well-managed sites with a supportive and pragmatic work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the principal site authority, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors ensuring work is completed safely, timely, and according to specifications
- Maintain client relationships and serve as a key point of contact
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable experience within the Irish construction sector
- Previous work experience with either a main contractor or subcontractor
- Extensive experience in residential developments, apartment projects preferred
- Applications from Site Managers or Foremen with relevant experience will be considered
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from 30 90,000 to 30 95,000
