Job description
Role Overview
As a Power Platform Developer at HDI Group, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform. This includes working with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder to create bespoke business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing, further developing, and operating Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Establishing and implementing Application Lifecycle Management strategies, including pipelines and deployment standards.
- Integrating Power Platform solutions using both standard and custom connectors.
- Implementing lightweight pro-code customizations using JavaScript and TypeScript within the platform.
- Leading workshops and training sessions to empower citizen developers and various business units.
- Providing expert guidance on best practices, governance, and architectural considerations to business stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Multiple years of professional experience with the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Hands-on involvement with Application Lifecycle Management processes tailored for the Power Platform.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, especially within Power Apps context; experience with Power Apps Component Framework is a plus.
- Familiarity with Copilot Studio and AI Builder is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of API concepts and integration patterns, with preferential experience in custom connectors.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable collaborating with various business units.
- Ability to work independently in a structured and self-driven manner.
- Fluent in German and English at C1 level.
