Role Overview
We are seeking a driven PIM Developer to join our Budapest-based team. This role involves building, configuring, and continuously enhancing the Sibo STEP Product Information Management (PIM) system while ensuring its seamless integration with other platforms to advance our workplace solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the initial setup, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of the Sibo STEP PIM platform to secure optimal system performance and integration.
- Control and improve the PIM system’s scalability, reliability, and governance processes to guarantee precise and compliant product information.
- Implement and maintain data exchange mechanisms between PIM and related systems such as ERP, eCommerce, DAM, and CRM using APIs and workflows.
- Proactively monitor the system’s operational health, resolve issues efficiently, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Create automation processes and contribute to agile teamwork by converting business needs into technical implementations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Business Informatics or a similar IT discipline with strong analytical and conceptual capabilities.
- Practical expertise with STEP Workbench, UI, Import/Export Managers, and STEP integration interfaces.
- Competency in STEP Business Rules, STEPXML, STEP-SDK, JavaScript, XSLT, along with knowledge of HTTP, REST, and JSON technologies.
- Deep understanding of STEP integration methodologies and robust communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working within agile methodologies, strong commitment to quality, personal accountability, and business-level English proficiency.
