Mendix Developer

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mendix Developer with a robust background in designing and building applications using Mendix platform components such as Microflows, Nanoflows, Domain Models, Entities and Associations, and XPath Constraints. The role involves applying best practices and integrating Mendix Marketplace modules effectively to deliver enterprise-grade software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications on the Mendix platform.
• Convert business needs into technical solutions that are maintainable, secure, and performant.
• Work collaboratively with Business Analysts, Architects, Product Owners, and diverse teams to ensure alignment and delivery efficacy.
• Engage actively in sprint ceremonies including planning, backlog refinement, development, testing, and deployment.
• Promote continuous improvement efforts by contributing to automation and innovation in the software development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in software development.
• At least 4 years of direct Mendix platform development expertise.
• Proven experience working within enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong proficiency in Mendix-specific capabilities including workflows, business process implementation, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with managed services, application support, and DevOps practices is advantageous.
• Possession of Mendix Intermediate Developer Certification is mandatory; preferred certifications include Advanced Developer, Workflow, Rapid Developer, and certifications related to Cloud or Integration technologies.
