.NET and Azure Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled .NET and Azure Developer with 2 to 3 years of experience to design, develop, and support scalable cloud-based applications. This full-time position is based PAN India, with a preference for candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days. The role involves working closely with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality and secure software solutions using Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using .NET Core and the .NET Framework.
• Create and maintain cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure platform.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services to support application functionality.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams including architects to build robust software.
• Implement various Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Storage Accounts, and Key Vault for application security and efficiency.
• Monitor application performance, identify and resolve issues, and optimize cloud resource usage.
• Engage in code reviews, unit tests, and deployment procedures following best practices.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning and delivery.
• Maintain thorough technical documentation and follow established coding standards.

Required Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in backend development using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core/.NET 6 or newer.
• Strong experience developing REST APIs and web services.
• Solid understanding of Entity Framework, LINQ, object-oriented programming concepts.
• Familiarity with Microservices architecture is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Azure services: App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Monitor/Application Insights, and DevOps tools.
• Basic comprehension of Azure networking and security principles.
• Strong skills in SQL Server database management including writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience working with source control and CI/CD pipelines using Git, Azure Repos, and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding deployment and release management processes.
• Exposure to containerization technologies like Docker; knowledge of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is a plus.
• Awareness of cloud security best practices and software development lifecycle principles.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Academic qualifications: B.C.A., B.Tech, B.E., or B.Sc in any specialization.
• A minimum of two years and a maximum of three years of relevant experience.
• Notice period: Immediate to 30 days availability.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
