Role Overview

We are seeking a Mendix Certified Developer to join our Doha office on a full-time, on-site basis. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining low-code applications using Mendix. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and integration teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, efficient solutions. The developer's daily tasks will include data and logic modeling, UI configuration, integration of Mendix apps with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms, and ensuring applications perform securely and maintainably.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Model data and logic flows within Mendix applications, and configure user interfaces.
• Integrate Mendix applications with ERP solutions such as Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Dynamics 365 as well as third-party APIs.
• Participate actively in agile development ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Prepare thorough technical documentation and conduct unit and integration testing.
• Support deployment processes including continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize existing Mendix apps for performance, security, and reliability.
• Contribute to the establishment and enhancement of best practices and standards for low-code development within the organization.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Mendix Certified Developer with proficiency in application modeling, microflows, and UI design on the Mendix platform.
• Experience with integrations involving ERP and CRM systems and third-party interface APIs.
• Good grasp of core software engineering concepts such as data modeling, RESTful services, and version control systems.
• Familiarity with cloud computing, DevOps methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to convert business requirements into technical implementation with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in agile, results-driven team settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in sectors such as retail, logistics, healthcare, hospitality, education, or eCommerce is beneficial.
• Willingness to work onsite in Doha and interact directly with clients locally and regionally.
