Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the leisure centre.
• Maintain the highest levels of customer care throughout the property.
• Provide support in training, development, employee engagement, and handling HR matters.
• Implement and sustain high standard operating procedures across all service areas.
• Manage recruitment and staff scheduling according to business needs.
• Promote sales initiatives and exemplify outstanding customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Leisure Centre Supervisor.
• Proficient in using invoice systems.
• Legally eligible to work in Ireland with fluency in both spoken and written English.
• Certified Fitness Instructor and Lifeguard with valid current certifications.
• Occupational First Aid and Pool Plant Room Operator certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Registration with REPS Ireland is required.
• Willing to work varied shifts Monday to Sunday between 06:30 and 22:00.
