Night Porter

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures and assist with luggage and porterage requests.
• Maintain cleanliness across multiple hotel areas including the lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant and bar floors, public and staff zones, and meeting room floors.
• Execute additional cleaning duties assigned by the manager on duty or as outlined in the nightly checklist, including setting up function rooms and breakfast areas.
• Keep the hotel’s front entrance and surrounding outdoor spaces clean and tidy by emptying bins and removing rubbish regularly.
• Understand and adhere to the hotel's fire safety procedures to ensure the protection of staff and guests at all times.
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proficient spoken English skills.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, dynamic environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with a collaborative approach to work.
