About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Follow instructions from department managers and help monitor food preparation and quality.
- Maintain an adequate supply of clean cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment at all times.
- Take responsibility for keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic.
- Work closely with the chef team to uphold HACCP standards and food safety protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment is preferred.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
