About the Role
Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa in Limerick seeks a seasoned and enthusiastic Housekeeping Manager to oversee the Accommodation team. The goal is to uphold outstanding cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort across the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Housekeeping department to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high standards.
- Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and development of Accommodation staff.
- Manage staffing, departmental performance, costs, stock levels, and inventory.
- Perform routine quality inspections to guarantee consistency in standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments to enhance guest experiences.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in a Housekeeping or Accommodation Management role within the hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Expertise in managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing productivity.
- A hands-on leadership approach coupled with a dedication to service excellence.
