Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated professional to join our team as an Accommodation Assistant/Linen Porter. This role is essential to ensuring that our hotel rooms and public spaces maintain a high level of cleanliness, orderliness, and presentation, aligning with the standards of The iNUA Hotel Collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties on guest rooms and public areas in compliance with hotel policies and standards.
• Replace bed linens, restock amenities, and ensure all guest provisions are adequately supplied.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust surfaces to uphold a spotless environment.
• Identify and report any maintenance concerns or damages to the appropriate department for timely intervention.
• Follow health and safety protocols to guarantee a safe, hygienic atmosphere for guests and staff.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to guests with their inquiries or requests.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to maintain efficient operations and maximize guest satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or similar hospitality roles is advantageous, though not mandatory.
