E&C - GIS Technical Coordinator

Job Overview

This role involves providing post-sales support addressing client technical issues. Responsibilities may encompass parts returns, on-site interventions, technical assistance, and service execution. The position requires planning and/or executing departmental operations or performing specialized tasks within a technical field. While enjoying certain autonomy, activities are directed by established policies and the analysis of final outcomes.

The role is empowered to adjust procedures and practices related to assigned duties, ensuring results adhere to defined quality, volume, and deadline standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical problem resolution for after-sales client issues, delivering level 1 to 3 technical support depending on product complexity and required expertise.
• Apply deep technical discipline knowledge, analytical thinking, and experience to implement relevant policies and strategies effectively.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of best industry practices, integration with other technical areas, and competitive market differentiators.
• Exhibit sound judgment to propose alternative solutions beyond established parameters, addressing complex manufacturing processes with multiple technical and interdependent production aspects, utilizing limited internal and external resources.
• Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues and potentially lead minor projects with low risk and resource demand, facilitating knowledge sharing, building team consensus, communicating performance expectations, and managing sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications

• For roles outside the United States: substantial experience with digital audio workstation operations and equivalent knowledge qualifying as a bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a related domain.
• For roles in the United States: a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/general education diploma with at least four years of functional experience.
