Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you will be integral to preparing food by hand daily, working efficiently at various stations including grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere, supporting team members, and upholding Chipotle's high standards of quality and hospitality.

• Possess a positive, enthusiastic demeanor
• Driven by a passion for assisting and serving customers and co-workers
• Eagerness to learn extensive cooking skills
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Effective communication skills in the primary workplace language
