Role Overview
Join us as a Crew Member in Plant City, FL, where you will engage in preparing fresh food at various stations—grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo—with no use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare real food by hand daily adhering to Chipotle's standards.
- Serve customers promptly while maintaining a friendly and enthusiastic disposition.
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo confidently after training.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- A positive and friendly attitude with enthusiasm for customer and team support.
- Willingness to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Effective communication abilities in the primary language of the work location.
