About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you will be trained to confidently manage various stations including grilling, cashiering, preparation, salsa making, and order expo, all while contributing to excellent customer service and a friendly atmosphere in the restaurant.
Candidate Profile
We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds—whether you've worked as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or even if you have no prior experience. Ideal candidates possess a positive and eager attitude, a passion for serving others, willingness to learn cooking skills extensively, and are at least 16 years old. Communication in the primary language of the workplace is essential.
