Role Overview

The Bartender position involves crafting and serving booze and non-alcoholic drinks, engaging warmly with visitors, and delivering top-notch guest service. This role demands efficiency and a professional yet friendly demeanor in a dynamic, fast-moving workspace.

Key Duties

• Mix and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes and guests' preferences.
• Engage warmly and professionally with guests, offering recommendations and responding to menu inquiries.
• Keep the bar area tidy and well-organized.
• Oversee inventory, replenish supplies as necessary, and alert management of stock shortages.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation rules to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support other tasks such as food serving or event assistance as required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in bartending is advantageous.
• Familiarity with traditional and contemporary cocktail recipes.
• Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to remain effective under pressure.
• Excellent guest communication and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness to stand for prolonged times and lift heavy objects.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
