Role Overview

As an Accommodation Supervisor, you will play a vital role ensuring top-notch cleanliness and smooth operation of our housekeeping team. This position involves hands-on work on the floor, overseeing both internal staff and contracted cleaning companies, and stepping in as acting Housekeeping Operations Manager when needed.

Main Responsibilities

• Regularly inspect hotel rooms and public areas to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Serve as a substitute for the Housekeeping Operations Manager during absences.
• Manage coordination and communication between internal housekeeping staff and external cleaning contractors for seamless teamwork.
• Coach and train housekeeping personnel to uphold and exceed quality standards.
• Oversee external cleaning service orders and verify delivery documentation.
• Collaborate closely with hotel hosts and maintenance teams to meet guest requests efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• Proven prior experience in a similar supervisory role within housekeeping.
• Strong passion for cleanliness and organization with exceptional attention to detail.
• Confident and cheerful presence that enhances workplace morale, with a good sense of humor.
• Comfortable and skilled in engaging with an international clientele, adept at addressing diverse guest needs.
• Fluent English communication skills are essential.
