Job description
Role Overview
The Accommodation Supervisor will collaborate closely with the Accommodation Manager to uphold exceptional room standards, ensuring all guest areas including rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public spaces, and toilets maintain cleanliness and freshness in line with approved benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrive punctually and wear the appropriate uniform on duty.
- Oversee and inspect rooms to guarantee continuous adherence to high standards and compliance with guidelines.
- Perform periodic spot cleaning duties as necessary.
- Execute additional daily tasks assigned by management.
- Implement the Customer Relations policy effectively.
- Communicate available services and facilities to guests as needed.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly inform management.
- Ensure guest needs and expectations are thoroughly met.
- Maintain exemplary standards of personal grooming and hygiene.
- Take necessary precautions regarding health and safety for oneself, employees, guests, and others present.
- Report and where feasible, respond to incidents such as accidents or property damage.
- Participate in all training sessions notified by management.
- Perform additional duties to support business requirements as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Between 1 to 2 years' experience as an Accommodation Supervisor in a similar establishment.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Hotsoft and Alkimii software is advantageous.
