Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Coordinator Distribution to enhance and sustain our distribution systems, optimize revenue across channels, and maintain excellent connectivity with booking platforms and content management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and oversee distribution channels to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Monitor booking systems' interfaces and collaborate with system providers for seamless operation.
• Enhance Ruby Hotels’ visibility by managing and optimizing content platforms such as Concerto HCM and Leonardo alongside marketing.
• Take ownership of reputation management through platforms like IHG's Medallia and AI response tools such as MARA.
• Respond to international online guest reviews adhering to Ruby and IHG quality standards and key performance indicators.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth system functionality.

Qualifications

• Completed training in hospitality or travel industry.
• Preferably experience in a distribution-related role.
• Familiarity with distribution channels including websites, OTAs, and GDS, with a solid understanding of hotel distribution systems.
• Competence in content management across platforms like Concerto HCM, OTA extranets, and GDS.
• Strong communication skills to unite various teams effectively.
• Structured, detail-oriented work approach focused on process improvements.
• Proficient in spoken and written German and English.
