Transport Driver

Company Overview

Position Summary

This role involves being part of the transportation team using a company vehicle to deliver products and services on arranged routes. It requires timely responses to transport requests while maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring vehicle and workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to transportation requests, meeting delivery deadlines.
• Use the dispatch system following department protocols.
• Deliver exceptional service during delivery and pickup operations.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports related to vehicle and delivery activities.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the work environment.
• Report any vehicle, building, security, or safety concerns to management.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
• Previous transport driving and stocking experience is mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication and listening abilities with a focus on quality service.
• Valid driver's license and capability to operate company vehicles safely in compliance with traffic laws.
• Open availability with variable days and hours as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $20.00.
