Dishwasher - Full Time

Job Overview

Bon Appétit Management Company is seeking to fill a full-time Dishwasher role based at Edwards Lifesciences, 12050 Lone Peak Parkway, Draper, UT 84020. This position operates Monday through Thursday during the afternoon shift. No prior experience is needed as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove food scraps and rinse dirty dishes, then wash them either by hand or using dishwashing equipment according to assigned procedures.
• Clean pots, pans, and trays ensuring all items meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Polish silverware utilizing various methods such as burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, or hand cloths.
• Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation protocols including maintaining proper chemical levels and temperatures.
• Maintain an orderly dishwashing area and keep kitchen floors clean by sweeping and mopping regularly.
• Sanitize work tables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
• Manage waste by removing trash to designated bins and hygienically cleaning garbage cans.
• Assist with the transfer and handling of supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload delivery supplies and products as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support kitchen operations.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay scale for this role ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
