Position Overview
Bon Appétit Management Company is urgently seeking full-time Porters to join our team at Colorado College, located at 14 East Cache La Poudre, Colorado Springs, CO 80903. This morning shift role operates Monday through Friday, with precise scheduling details provided during the interview process. Applications are accepted online only.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep kitchen workspaces clean and orderly, including washing utensils and equipment.
- Sweep and mop floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
- Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
- Handle trash by disposing of it in designated containers and performing steam cleaning or hosing of garbage cans.
- Transport supplies and equipment between storage areas and workstations.
- Assist in banquet table setups and front-of-house preparations.
- Support supply delivery, including loading and unloading products.
- Distribute kitchen supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as necessary.
- Adhere strictly to sanitation and safety protocols.
- Undertake any other duties assigned as part of the role.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience with stocking and inventory management is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly pay ranges from $19 to $21.
