Position Overview
RiDiK Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of CLPS Incorporation, invites applications for the role of Senior Enterprise Software Specialist (L3) focusing on Ivalua Low Code Engineering. Based in Singapore, this contract role involves working on impactful projects within a collaborative team environment, ideal for professionals passionate about technology and public service.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree or diploma in computer science or a related field.
- Bring at least three years of experience in Source-to-Pay or procurement solutions implementation, including a minimum of one year of practical experience configuring Ivalua platforms.
- Hold a valid Ivalua L3 certification such as Certified Functional Specialist or Certified Technical Specialist.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of procurement workflows including RFx, contract management, supplier onboarding, procurement activities, and invoicing processes.
- Experience delivering complex, scalable, and high-availability solutions using agile methodologies like SCRUM.
- Exhibit proficiency in stakeholder engagement throughout requirements collection, solution configuration, user acceptance testing, and deployment phases.
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Show a committed interest in serving the public sector and contributing to public good initiatives.
- Knowledge of GCC, SHIP-HATS, and SGTS systems is considered beneficial.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations relevant to the public sector is advantageous.
