Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team by training, scheduling, and supervising members, fostering performance quality and team growth.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance by overseeing the building structure, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems according to local and national standards.
• Manage daily maintenance assignments, ensuring thorough documentation in the property management system.
• Supervise external contractors, reviewing completed tasks for quality and compliance.
• Promptly address maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency issues to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Implement regular and on-demand maintenance activities, including planned preventive maintenance, to keep all hotel fixtures and fittings safe and functional.
