About the Role
3PS Engineers Private Limited is seeking a Process Engineer to join their manufacturing unit located in Pune/Chakan. This role involves process planning, engineering documentation, and coordinating manufacturing activities within the process equipment and stainless steel fabrication domains. Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Chemical engineering with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage process planning along with manufacturing documentation.
- Create and review process sheets, engineering drawings, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
- Collaborate effectively with Production, Design, Quality, and Purchase teams to streamline operations.
- Supervise manufacturing processes to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee stainless steel tanks, process equipment, structural components, and skid manufacturing.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely project completion.
Candidate Profile and Skills Required
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Expertise in stainless steel fabrication and handling of process equipment.
- Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.
Compensation and Application Details
The remuneration package offered will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, typically ranging between INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month.
